A World Full of Shapes: Photography Challenge Week 11

Everything in our world is made up of shapes, circles, squares and triangles fill our field of vision on a daily basis. Sometimes the shapes are easy to identity like in city buildings but other things like flowers the shapes can be more fluid and complex. Shapes like circles can create a feeling of movement while shapes like rectangles and squares can seem immovable and give a sense of stability.

For my image this week I went with a bright and colorful background made up of triangles painted on a brick wall. The crisscrossing lines of the triangles and rectangles gave the image a sense of tension and it contrasted nicely with the softer lines of the blouse
